Horrible Service

I reserved a car for rental about two weeks in advance and pre-paid for it online using my credit card. On the day of pick up, I had to travel from soweto to Rosebank just to be told that my card is not accepted at the branch. Which caused me a huge inconvenience as I was supposed to go check in for my reservation at a lodge. Multiple phone calls were made in attempt to get my refund/cancelation processed and the agents kept on hanging up the phone, one of them was Tshepiso. All in all, I think Avis shouldn't charge cards that they don't accept and should stipulate this prior to someone making a booking. They caused me money and didn't assist me. I don't think I'll ever use their services or recommend them to anyone.
