Horrible service at Avis budget Ladysmith

I rented a car with Avis last month and they haven’t released my “deposit” finds from my credit card. When I called to enquirer about the delay. A rude sales person told me she’s very busy it’s month end.

I forwarded the complain to the manager still no assistance.
