Horrible service!
Such disappointing service from Avis sandton, my husband’s car has gone in for repairs and we requested insurance for a hired vehicle we were meant to collect it on the 17th of Jan however no vehicles available even then he overheard a conversation by another client he waited a good 30min with absolutely no assistance, I have called the sandton office since this morning and no answer a kind lady from the contact centre has tried her best to help us however she is in the same position as us and has no idea what’s happening!!!
