Horrible service

Getting the rental is super easy, yet the refund process of the deposit is the worst. It has been a week since the car was returned, yet no funds have been refunded only after calling in today was the request to refund me processed and I was told I have to wait 48 to 72 hours for it to reflect in my account and if not I should call in again. Worst service thus far. I would never advise anyone to use this horrible rental service.
