Horrible refund servive

Mid March we hired a car via our insurance, and we were informed that on delivery of the car we had to pay R1 500 that is refunded upon return of the vehicle. The vehicle was returned on the 17th April but the service is so terrible that even today they haven't refunded us. We are being misinformed, no one is taking our query seriously. This is the worst service and experience a customer can go through. Lines not being answered, emails not being followed up. No care at all about customer service
