Horrible experience
I got a carrepalcement with avis . I paid the cash deposit of 2500 and left the form with my banking details at the branch at cape town CBD. I returned the car on the 25th of November 2020. But till today i havent recieved my deposit back. have call numerous times and was told the branch didnt send my banking details. I gave my banking details over the phone. but still havent recieved my deposit.

I called on the 2nd of December gave my account number, I called again on the 9nth and no one told me anything about me giving the incorrect account number , I also gave my account number that day. This long delay is very unacceptable. I dont understand why it would take 7 days . Normally its takes 24 hours. Can someone explain to me why it takes 7 days ?
