Horrible customer service

<p>I hired a car with Avis in Isando branch and initially they told me they will charge me R1861 and when we returned the car all of a sudden they charging me R2228 because i had a additional driver but i was never informed that they will be additional charges, I called and spoke to Bongiwe the supervisor she is so rude and she even hung up on me, her customer service s****s are pathetic and unprofessional. this was my 2nd time hiring a car with Avis me and my family, I will never us them AGAIN</p>
