Extremely disappointed an frustrated about how this company goes about its business....in a way it's bordering on deceit....to top things off...I called in to the contact center an went through to the service plan department....to my luck I dealt with th most uninterested an down right *********** individual....Thank GOD I can't remember her name....but I will never deal with this company again an hope to GOD that someone does not go through the same issues as me.
