Holds on account, over insured

<p>I returned hired vehicle over a week ago to Mosselbay Avis. There is still a hold on my account and my money kept for petrol etc has still not been returned to me. I am now advised it will take 48 hours to reflect in my account??</p> <p> </p> <p>Bad and unprofessional service.</p>
