Holding Deposit Refund

<p>Booking Ref: 0 ********** -ZA-1</p> <p> </p> <p>After talking to an Avis consultant – on Dec 28th, 2016 – I was told my money would reflect in my account after two days. It's now Jan 7th, 2017 and nothing has happened. Attempting to get a hold of anyone at the call centre is a nightmare.</p> <p>Please resolve this. I no longer have the desire to talk to anybody at the call centre regarding this matter.</p>
