Holding Deposit
Avis is giving me a tough time with my holding deposit. I have returned their vehicle on the 28th of May 2024. I have made some follow ups with their contact center but still I haven't received my money till today 25 June.

Thank you for your mail, please note that communication was sent to your bank to confirm the release of your holding deposit, the bank confirmed that the holding deposit was released back to you, kindly note that when the amount is released it will not come back into your account as credit but falls back into your available balance, the release of the auth will not reflect on your statement as a credit.
Please contact your bank (authorization department) and they will confirm that the amount was released back to your available funds.
