Hold deposit
At Avis people are not important than cars. Returned the car on the 7th of Aug 2023. 25th of Aug 2023 deposit is still not released. Been making call enquiring about my hold deposit and all I could get were lies from the consultants. Funny how they didn’t waste time debiting my account for the extra charges.
