Hidden Costs Beware
I booked a one way car hire from Budget/Avis from George to Plett. Online quote about R550. Returned car same day having driven all of 91 kms. I have emailed Budget TWICE and have tried to access the invoice on their website THRICE. I would just like to understand how we got from an online quote of R550 to a debit of R1282. How difficult can it be to send an invoice?
