Hidden charges
Rented a car from Avis last weekend and got quoted R485 and to my supprise got a bill for R785 this morning.....The quote was very misleading. Collected the car at 8:55 and returned it at 10:50 on the Sunday. I was charged a full days rental for being 2 hours' late'. At no stage did anybody inform me that the car must be back by 9 on Sunday or we will be charged for a day!! We rent cars from Avis every month but never had this happen
