HE WORST SERVICE EVER BY AVIS MONTANA BRANCH

In August 2017 I sang praises for brilliant service I received from Avis Van in Pretoria City! I told all and sundry to use this Company. However today I realised that they were just flattering to deceive me! Avis Montana Branch have left my face with a rotten egg! I have been mistreated and received THE WORST SERVICE EVER meted out to any self respecting individual. A lady by the name of Keneilwe told me to come today 11th/10/2017 to exchange a car and two minutes after then another lady Tebogo called and just said disrespectfully that THEY GAVE THAT PARTICULAR CAR to a more desperate and deserving client!

Now I am disappointed and feel worthless! THE BUSINESS OF BUSINESS IS BUSINESS and the number 1 rule which informs and dictates good and fair business is" first come first served"! The more disturbing and mind- boggling question is "is that other client white, rich or maybe he paid a bribe? I will open a case of ************** with Human Rights Commission! I know my rights!

I am considering cutting ties with AVIS and as much as I sang their praises in August, I am going to the mainstream media to ask them to report this unfair treatment!

I hope it is only fair to do what is right when wronged.
