Haven't got my deposit yet

I rented a car from Avis OR Tambo Airport the minute i left Avis deducted money from account and i keep on calling them they are saying they have released the funds....And im sure someone is not doing his or her job properly....I phone my bank they dont know what i am talking about.....and if you guys dont sort out my issue im going to report to my bank as *****.....your service is pathetic...Ref no.*** i will never rent a car from avis again i will rather walk than to get **********<br> <br> Worried and disgusted client
