Harassment

My insurance gave me a car from Avis after my car accident, because of the hail damage I had to pay Insurance. I paid the amount due to them, e-mailed K**** the POP and she didn't respond. Now I keep on getting calls from a rude consultant who keeps on telling me I need to pay and threatening me. I again e-mailed K**** as she was the one I was dealing with.<br>
