Happy customer

I would like to say thank you so much to the Manager Sugendra from Avis, after so many issues with billings and me having to exchange the cars all the time, because they are due for a service and this takes a lot of my time, as i have had to do it 3 times. He actually tried to assist me as there were no more cars available, he went an extra mile to ensure that i have a car by 12 pm today as i had to go away for the long weekend. He also arranged for the authorizations to be sorted out promptly for me. I have had a lot of frustrations with Avis in last few months, but i believe exceptional service needs recognition. Kudos to you Mr Naidoo, you made me a happy customer today. Keep up the good work and your friendly staff down stairs at the rental returns department. Thank you
