handed over

<p>27 of april 2013 my vehicle was written off ,received a courtesy car from avis car hire paid all payment that was requested from me .i then received a call that I have been handed over ,I went back to avis wilsonwhalf I spoke to a lady who found all payment on record.Now I have received a call last month from the credit breau saying that I need to make payment.My frustration is that I must now suffer cause of the ***********s of avis wilsonwhalf which in the first place if they had done their job this would of not happened </p>
