See below for the issue and correspondence with Avis via thier Facebook site- no response to date See below for long story -posting it here as the U.K. Just ignores me I am now disgusted beyond belief - today I get an additional charge on my credit card - god knows what for since I hadpre- paid fuel - if it's because I dropped the car at T5 then again it reinforces the complaint as I specifically asked your agent if this was an issue and would there be a charge - are you ever going to respond to me?
