GREAT SERVICE

I have a habit of penciling all my bad experiences and demand that all those who are responsible face the music. But today I'm calling for a different tune. A happy tune, in fact it's a sing along tune if I can call it that. My experince at Avis Loveday (Braamfontein) was very superb. All because of Lynell and her amazing staff. I was well looked following my car accident. I was even asked to leave the car at the panelbeaters and didn't have to drive it all the way to Loveday. I even got an upgrade on my rented vehicle, how that for a great service? I would like to thank you Lynell and this industry needs more people like you and Mabuntle Just a simple act of people really doing what they are hired to do gives us customers such a pleasant experience.
