great friendly and efficient service

I recently hired a car through Avis Downtown Strand St Cape Town. This was the most friendly, courteous and efficient car hire I have had the experience with. I had booked a Group A vehicle and due to the problems on N2 on the day, the vehicle was not available. I was given a fantastic Group B vehicle and the service I received from the consultant and Manager was exceptional. From collection to return, was fantastic in every aspect. Thank you AVIS Capetown Branch and all who assisted me . I will be back next trip
