Great experience

We hired a car mid Nov for a trip from OR Tambo to Nelspruit and back. Upon collecting the car, we had issues with our card and had to create a new booking there and then.

Avis kindly reversed the cancellation fee (charged if not cancelled before 24hours).

We also had great customer service from them when facing our little crisis.

(I just think the website needs some updating. Advice: phone to confirm agreement details rather than relying on the info in the generated mails etc..)
