Good service from Avis

I've been renting cars from Avis for the last 20 years, mostly at Cape Town International Airport, but occasionally also at other centers in the country. The minor administrative mishaps which have occurred have always been resolved speedily and professionally. Avis's motto is that the customer is more important than the invoice. This was the case recently during a difference of opinion about an issue with an invoice at Cape Town International Airport. The matter was investigated and thereafter, amicably resolved by Fasiega Roberts and the local management team.Thanks a lot!!
