Give that man a BELLS

After being frustrated by my insurance company about my damaged car and requiring a courtesy car on the 10 December 2015. We called Avis and were assisted by Bongani Mazibuko.<br> <br> I would like to commend the GREAT SERVICE we received from him, his ability to calm an irate client and an unhelpful insurance agent deserve to be recognized. Bongani managed to calm down the tense situation and tried by all means to arrange a courtesy car even though most Avis branches were closed for business at the time of our call. <br> <br> We couldn't find an open branch yesterday but he made sure that all necessary arrangements were done so that I could get the car today. I went to Avis in Sandton and everything was already setup for me.<br> <br> Thank you Bongani, we need more Service Champions like you.
