Furious Customer

Could someone please give a call from you Head Office, I would like to query the money that's being debited from my credit card everytime. I've rented a car with my insurance through you guys from the14 September 2020 and returned it on the 13 October 2020. I've been charged 3 seperate times now and NO statement was sent to me. I'm so furious!!!! This is nonsense that you guys can just take money from peoples credit cards when ever you feel like it.
