Funds not returned

I was advised by my insurance to get a courtesy car from Avis ballito last year October.<br> when i got there Avis requested that i pay R 1200.00 deposit for the car which will be deposited back into my account after 7 days of returning the car.<br> I returned the ca in December 2015 and still i have not received my money. I keep calling Avis balito and they tell me i will get my money within 5 working days. i always wait and there's no money and they always take down my details and say they forwarding them to their head office they will call me before the end of the day but nothing. When i call i always speak to a lady by the name of Robben.
