***** fuel refill charge by Avis

After hiring a car through them via our insurance we were told to deliver the vehicle to the panel beater where we would collect our vehicle and they would arrange to collect the vehicle there. Not only did they only collect the vehicle on the Monday after advising us that the vehicle had to be back by a certain time on the Friday, do they go and charge us for fuel refill which we made sure to fill up on delivery. Now we have to fight for our refund! and after reporting this and they advised it will take a week to get back to us, we find out that the issue was NOT reported.
