Fuel Deposit Debarkle

<p>I got a rental car from Avis when my ar went in to be fixed.</p> <p>When I got the car everything was great and they took a Fuel deposit.</p> <p>I used the car and filled it up and returned the car in the exsact same manner in which I got it.</p> <p>They checked and inspected the car and then I asked about the fuel desposit and I was told 3-5 days.</p> <p>Now this is rediculous. I gave them my money right away, however, they refused to give it right back to me.</p> <p>I then complained to my bank who asked me to send them proof that I returned the car so they could help me. <br />I asked for my Invoice as the branch refused to give me any. The picture I took of the car was not good enough. <br />I was only eligable for an invoice 48 hours after I gave the car back.</p> <p>Totally unacceptable</p>
