Frustrating Experience with Avis: Unresolved Account Issues

I'm writing to express my extreme frustration with Avis's handling of my account. Despite acknowledging the mistake on their part, they've continued to attempt to debit my account, resulting in unnecessary fees and stress.

Their lack of urgency and poor communication have made this experience incredibly frustrating. I'm still waiting for a resolution and refund.
