Frustrated
Invoice number E***, I am so disappointed at Avis cause everyday it's an extension of my refund. I called for an invoice and got it on Friday and finance department was called and I was told to follow up on Monday which is today. Now I call I am being told to wait for another 7 days... Please refund my money cause the invoice is there already issued and process my payment.
