Fruad on my Bank account

Fruad on my Bank account I rented out a car at Soweto AVIS 23 April 2025, I paid the deposit of R2000 on the 16 May 2025 I returned the car back while I was still waiting for the invoice to be send to me. On the 23 May 2025 R3825 referenced AVIS same reference when I paid the R2k deposit. When I called AVIS accounts department they told me that they are not aware of R3825 and the bank told me that I did a purchase or I rented out a car from AVIS of which I never rented out a car at AVIS on the 23 May 2025.I have send numerous emails to AVIS Accounts no has came back to me. I am really disappointed with their services
