********** deductions

I tried booking for a car online while I was in George Airport (20.11.2020) and that transaction failed. I then used Ebucks, which went through (paid for) and collected the car. When I returned the car i was told R108 will be deducted for petrol used. When i got to OR Tambo R425 was deducted from my account. I followed this up with customer service and my bank, then I got it back. The R108 changed to around R196 without my approval. Secondly, the R425 went off my account again yesterday. Why? I have paid everything to Avis but they deduct whatever amounts they can think of? I want my money back!!! I am tired of this back and forth. This is *****!!
