********** damage charges at AVIS/BUDGET

<p>Avis in east london airport **********ly charged me for damages that were already in the car.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I refused to pay, I wrote them long emails and demanded proof that the damages were caused by me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Instead of apologising, they just sent me a lousy message, as if they were doing me d one favour, " Damage charges removed"</p> <p> </p> <p>I further wrote to them, asking for explanation and proper apology - instead, I was shown a middle finger.</p> <p> </p> <p>AVIS is run by ****s and they are dangerous to clients. </p> <p> </p> <p>Be careful everyone and think twice before giving them your business.</p> <p> </p>
