I hired 2 cars from avis online, I was hiring the cars for my family that stays in rustenburg. On the day of collection I was told that I'm the one who has to come collect the cars and that time I was in tzaneen, alternatively I was told that I nerd to do a proforma that will cost me 7800 for both cars. I was then told to cancel the online booking and booking afresh at the tzaneen branch in tzaneen. I was told that the proforma money will return in my account once both cars are returned book to the avis in rustenburg. Sadly I'm still waiting for my money and I also send them the email canceling the 1 st online booking I had made and still I have zero response from avis. I'm so disgusted by their service I waiting a whole 3 hours. Now they withholding my proforma money and the money for the first online booking. My fellow South Africans never use the services offered by avis
