Worst experience ever. Told when I booked a car that I will be refunded when I return the car early. Returned the vehicle early and then now I'm being told no refunds are processed for early returns. So is this the type of business you people run? Excuses are now being made about no recordings found and that Ts and Cs state this and that.Don't be surprised when you run out of business. I will never use AVIS/BUDGET EVER AGAIN!!!!
