*****elent damage charges

I'm really disappointed in the Avis group. I rented a car in JHB OR Tambo and returned the vehicle in the same condition it was rented.

2 days afterwards they call me about a dent in the front bumper. The person that received the vehicle did not note any damages nor Was there any damages on the car when I returned it. I was then charged for the damages even though there is no Proof that it was my fault.

I have rented with the group several times and never has something like this occurred. This is completely unacceptable.
