I have rented a vehicle from Witbank car rental. All damages was recorded by Avis before release of the vehicle. I had to return vehicle on the 14th of March 2015.<br> 2 day's later Avis deducted R342 from my account. After investigation by me, Avis rep**** that it was for damages. When I returned the vehicle at the Secunda branch after arranging the delivery, The person inspecting the vehicle called me and asked me about an scratch on left back doore. I told him and showed him that it was recorded on original lease papers. He agreed and said that he took note of the records of the damages on the vehicle. It is know 13 day's later after renting this vehicle and still did not get my refund. I have emailed my insurance
