I hired a car for 1 day and 6 hours which qualified for 2 days this was on the 11th till the 12th on October . When i collected the car the guys went around the car not sure what he was doing and showed me the dent on the bumper gave me the key i signed on the envelope and took the car this was around 10h30 in the morning i returned the car on the 12th around 6pm with only 78km used and dropped at the airport the car was also down one bar from the full tank i had been given . To my suprise the guy receiving the car told me theres a dent my the driver door which i advised that i had not dented the car he said i should write a statement and be on my way i did so . To my suprise i received an sms on the 14th advising the dent amount of +_R800 rands .I disputed this but seemd that i would be charged for it . I then requested for my statement tomy suprise the OR Tambo branch whom i returned the car to advised that the rental was for 7 days and i returned the car 17th with 447 km used with toll fees and was charged for a full tank of petrol and alot of other charges .THIS IS ***** . how is it possible that this car the i returned the very next day has been billed for 7 days . I am a victim of ***** by AVIS AND BUDGET and when i raised this they take there own sweet time until this day this matter has not been sorted yet they process a resolution within 48hours . My Deposit has not been returned i have been over charged and frankly i am very upset
