<p>I rented a car from Avis in October while my car was in for repairs, when I rented it out through my insurance (Outsurance) I had to pay a depoist of R1250. When I was in pocession of the rental car (Ford Feista) Someone reversed into my the car. I knew that I would have to pay the excess of R 3125. And they would claim it back from the 3rd party driver. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the 17th Novemeber my bank account was debit R3125 and another R305 later in the day, I recieved an sms from Avis to say that I have been billed R3767.54 for the damages, which I paid on the 17th of November 2016. Then on the 24th of November I was debit another R4,294.99. I called the Avis team on Friday the 25th of Novemeber, I was told to speak to Rushda Richards the person in charge, that person was not there so I spoke to an manger on duty. I gave him my reference number and he saw that these transactions on my account was over charged by R4680, including the deposit which I still havent been paid back. He said he would email me proof of reversal into my account. Low and behold I still havent recieved an email. Today at 7am I recieved an sms from my bank to say Avis Rent a car has now depit my account with another R295.</p> <p> </p> <p>So in total :</p> <p> </p> <p>Depoist: R1250 (Still havent recieved back from them)</p> <p>Accident : R3767.54 (What I paid, for excess and damages)</p> <p>Debit: R4,292</p> <p>Still now being debit: R305 + R295 = R600</p> <p> </p> <p>In TOTAL : R9909,54 (How much I have paid Avis in total)</p> <p>The only amount I was meant to pay is R3767.54.</p> <p> </p> <p>I now want to report ***** against them! I am so angry! They have the worst service I have ever exprienced. It this is not paid back to me R5617,54 by latest tomorrow I will take this to my lawyer. </p> <p> </p>
