<p>On the 05th of November I took a courtesy car with Avis, Or Tambo Branch. I was asked to pay R1200, which I did and authorized, together with a R1.00 security fee as they call it. These amounts were paid seperately from my debit card.</p> <p> </p> <p>During the course of the day , I receive a notification saying that an amount of R1767.72 has been reserved on my account together with the other two amounts. I did not authorize the R1767.82.</p> <p> I have lodged my complaint with the branch manager(Francisca Roberts). She promised me that the amount will be reversed in the next 48 hours, it hasnt happened yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>To say im disgusted with the service it will be an understatement. I just want my money back in my account . </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
