First class incompetence

I rented a Class B car from Avis Isando on Tuesday 2 March 2021 and returned the vehicle on Thursday 4 March 2021. When I received the vehicle the seats were filthy, they were so bad that straight after collecting the vehicle I had to get the car cleaned. When I returned the car everything was checked and OK. To my horror a few days later I was charged for the rental-according to the invoice, in a 52 hour period I had driven 4873 km!!!!! On the morning of 8 March I went into their offices to get this problem corrected. I spoke to 3 different people regarding my problems, I was promised that I would be refunded the money by the close of business and I would receive a call from management within the hour. I am still waiting for my refund and a call from management. What a bunch of ***********, unprofessional individuals. I will NEVER rent a vehicle from Avis again. The way this establishment, in my opinion, is run is amateurish and a joke to be mild.
