I rented a car from 5 Dec to 03 Jan 2023. On return of the vehicle the assessing guy noted a small scratch that I wasn't even aware of because the car had so many scratches on the body.
Avis did not send me an Invoice to date but they deducted R1323 from my deposit of R2000. then refunded me R677 into my credit card.
The damage was a scratch, my experience with car insurance access fee for scratch cannot be more than R500, I think Avis over charged me and I request Hellopeter to help me establish if indeed I was charged correctly.
If every client pays for their dents/scratches why is it that the car had so may scratches? It can only mean clients are milked the money to Avis coffers and not for fixing the damages.
Kindly assist that Avis charges me for scratch access fee accordingly and refund me.

The reservation number was ***7AZ5. Is all what I had as reference number from them.
