Feeling ******...

<p>The service at the main office in cape town was great, the car was great, especially easy as the concierge at the radisson blu hotel on the waterfront did the arranging... But, they took double the amount of money that was quoted when booking from my bank account and will not respond to my request for a refund.</p> <p>Not so great... in fact **************** is the term that springs to mind.</p>
