Fed up with Avis
I rented a car from Avis Soweto brought it back on the 19th of February to date I have not received my deposit there's no communication nothing I am the one that has to call and send emails, I called the Soweto branch Felicity promised to check with finance department and get back to me I waited for that call she never called I called her a week ago she said that she just received a confirmation that an EFT was done, how long does it normally take for one to get back their deposit from Avis??? This is upsetting now
