Favouritism and workplace bullying by management

This company is a good company for customers however as an employee I wouldn’t say the same.

I am a victim of bullying by supervisors in the workplace . I had reported bullying and unfair treatment to management because I was not happy and thinking they will resolve the issue but instead they used that as a chance to end my contract instead of reprimanding the supervisors. Avis is not a company for people that are vocal. Once you become vocal they start giving you written warnings. Avis Isando headquarters was the most toxic workplace i had ever worked in.

Refiloe is the worst supervisor and someone needs to do something about it before this company crumbles.
