False damage claim
Avis Cape Town International Airport vehicle returns: Rented the vehicle from Plettenberg bay 25/01/22 returned it in Cape Town International Airport 04/02/22. I've been accused of damaging the vehicle but when I requested the detailed report of the investigation from Atwell Yola and Eugene Kinnear, nothing came up they just ignored me, telling me even if I'm not aware of the damage I am liable. Now I get an invoice of R7k, with no explanation of what the damage is.... This is so unfortunate that avis is flexing its muscle in this manner.
