**** Damage
I returned the car on 23 October 2022 with no damage. I later received an invoice of almost R 10 000 for damages to the vehicle. I queried it, asked for proof, and received an email saying I would receive feedback but I had not yet received anything.

We apologise for the delayed response.
When the car was collected the damage noted was a scratch on the rear bumper, as per the signed contract and this was noted on pre-inspection. Upon termination of the vehicle, the branch noticed the left front bumper had a crack on it and that was not noted on the collection of the vehicle. This means the damage was not pre-existing.
