Extremely Poor Service (Pretoria Central)

Avis Pretoria Central is an extremely poor branch.This Avis branch does not take clients serious, it poorly managed and the customer service is the worst one can experience. I booked a car online for collection at 8am on the 27th of June, when I went there at 8am there was no car. After few minutes of waiting, I was told that they have found a car and I have to wait for 2 hours for it to be prepared and after two hours of waiting I was told the car is not available for rental and I have to wait for any client to return a Group H car before I can get a car. Around 11am, I was given a dirty car that was not on full tank and it was just returned by a client. <br> <br> I have lost my business appointments after waiting 3 hours for a car that I booked for. This not my first incident with this branch, on the 19th of June I also booked a Group H car and there was not car and I was given a car that needed wheel alignment as it was shaking everytime I drove on 100km. This branch does not even call clients to confirm online bookings like other Avis branches, so it obvious that they don't take online bookings seriously. I am ****ed off while paying, I am hoping to get help to report this somewhere
