Extremely dissappointed

My company has been booking all their rented vehicles via avis and I am quite disappointed with the service.<br> <br> I have slowly noticed a decline in the customer service in terms of the cleanliness of the vehicle, and also the quality of the vehicles.<br> <br> Last week Wednesday was the just the same, <br> I collected a Polo vivo from Or tambo airport, everything looked fine in the vehicle,<br> only when I drove out of the airport did i notice, the vehicle had fault warnings on the control panel, the hooter was not working.<br> <br>
